General Information:	Under sterile conditions BSA was incubated with D-Glucose and 5 mM DTPA in 0,2 M phosphate buffer pH 7.4 at 37°C for 8 weeks. Low-molecular weight products and D-Glucose were eliminated by PD-10 column chromatography and dialyses against PBS pH 7.4.

Special properties:	Control protein and blocking protein for Western Blot, ELISA and IHC, blocks primarily AGE-1 antibodies.
