Presentation:Protein A purified IgG in PBS, BSA, NaN3

Immunogen:Recombinant protein according to aa sequence 1435-1532 of human TOP2A

Specificity:Topoisomerase II alpha (TOP2A), human

Species Specificity:Human

General Information:Topoisomerase II alpha plays an important role in the synthesis and transcription of DNA as well as in segregation of chromosomes during mitosis. The enzyme is thought to be a sensitive and specific marker for the late S-, G2 and M-phase of mitosis. TOP2A is also involved in s.c. multidrug resistance of tumour cells.

Positive control:Tonsil

Pre-treatment:Pre-treatment of formaldehyde-fixed tissue sections at 96-100°C in citrate buffer pH 6.0.

Applications:IHC (C,P)

Incubation time:60 min at RT or 18 hr at 2-8°C

Secondary reagents:Recommended secondary systems in IHC are our Universal Staining Kits Ref. AE005 or DA005 or the VECTASTAIN Elite ABC System Mouse IgG (Ref. PK-6102). The latter is also suitable for Western Blotting or other techniques.

Storage:2-8°C
