Price: 360 € / 100 µg

Monoclonal Antibodies

Origin:Mouse

Isotype:IgG2a

Clone:TL2.1

Format:liquid conc.

Quantity:100 µg

Concentration:100 µg/ml

Working concentration:1-5 µg/ml

Presentation:Antibody solution in stabilizing phosphate buffer pH 7.3. Contains 0.09 % sodium azide**.

Immunogen:CHO-TLR2 cells

Specificity:Human toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2), 90kDa transmembrane protein

Species Specificity:Human, Cynomolgus monkey, Rhesus monkey, Marmoset monkey

General Information:Antibody TL2.1 detects human Toll-Like Receptor 2 (TLR2) a 90kDa type 1 transmembrane protein, which primarily is exprimed by peripheral blood monocytes. TLR2, designed CD282, reacts with a number of bacterial cell wall components and initiates innate immune response in co-operation with MD-2.

Special properties:This antibody is well suited to detect CD282 on peripheral blood cells an in tissues. Clone TL2.1 blocks TLR2 function. For functional studies removal of sodium azide is required!

Positive control:Tonsil (IHC), monocytes (FACS)

Applications:FACS, IHC(C), Immunoprecipitation

Incubation time:60 min at RT or 18 hr at 2-8°C

Secondary reagents:We recommend the use of anti-mouse-IgG:FITC (e.g. art. no. FI-2000) or anti-mouse-IgG:RPE (e.g. art. no. EI-2000).

Storage:2-8°C
