General Information:	AEC, 3-Amino-9-Ethyl-Carbazole is a chromogene, which generates in contact with peroxide and peroxidase a red colour. It is strongly recommended to use aqueous mounting media to cover slides after staining. Alcoholic solutions and xylene must be avoided.

Special properties:	Suitable in combination with all peroxidase labelled proteins. It may also be used for the detection of endogenous oxido-reductases.
