General Information:	Except of primary antibodies BioPrime Universal Staining Kit AEC contains all components in a ready to use format, required for immunohistochemical staining reactions. By the use of a high affinity streptavidin/biotin system high sensitivity is achieved. The biotinylated secondary antibody is directed against mouse and rabbit IgG and is suitable for use in all human tissues and cells after the application of mouse and rabbit primary antibodies. The blocking solution enclosed is compatible with the secondary antibody and free of biotin.

Special properties:	Suitable for the detection of all primary antibodies of IgG type derived from mouse or rabbit. Application on human tissues tested, not applicable to mouse or rat tissues. For that purpose we recommend Art. No. DA007.
