General Information:NFkB is a heterodimer protein consisting of a 50kDa DNA-binding subunit and a 65kDa transactivation subunit (RelA). The heterodimer is present in cytoplasm in inactive form bound to its inhibitor IkB. In case of cellular stimulation IkB becomes phosphorylated and releases active NFkB for nuclear translocation.

Pre-treatment:Unmasking with citrate buffer pH 6 10-20 min at 100°C
 
Applications:WB, IHC(P)
 
Incubation time:IHC(P) 60 min at RT or 2-8°C over night
 
Secondary reagents:Biotinylated anti-Rabbit IgG (Art. No. ZU101) in combination with Streptavidin:HRPO (Art. No. ZU054) or Streptavidin:AP (Art. No. ZU051) and a suitable substrate.
