General Information:	Goats were immunized with highly purified chicken total IgY isolated from normal chicken yolk. The resulting anti-IgY antibody was immunoaffinity-purified off a chicken IgY immunoabsorbant column. Affinity-purified goat anti-chicken IgY antibody (IgG) covalently conjugated through its Fc portion to 60mm polymeric beads.

Applications:	Immunoprecititation

Staining procedure:	Immunoprecipitation, specifically for using affinity-purified IgY as capture antibody.

Storage:	4°C, do not freeze!
