| General Information: | Chickens were immunized with affinity-purified rabbit total IgG isolated from normal rabbit serum. The resulting anti-IgG antibody was immunoaffinity purified off a rabbit IgG immunoabsorbant column and conjugated with biotin. |
| Applications: | Western Blot, IHC |
| Staining procedure: | The affinity-purified antibodies react only with rabbit IgG and not IgM or IgA immunoglobulins by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques. Suggested Western blotting dilution: 1:1000 (colorimetric method). Molar ratio of Biotin/chicken IgY equals 3 based on HABA assay. Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions. |
