Price: 150 € / 5 ml

Monoclonal Antibodies

Origin:Mouse

Isotype:IgG2a

Clone:UCHL-1

Format:ready to use

Quantity:5 ml

Working concentration:neat

Presentation:Antibody solution in stabilizing phosphate buffer pH 7.3. Contains 0.09 % sodium azide**. The volume is sufficient for at least 50 immunohistochemical tests (100 µl working solution / test). Use appropriate antibody diluent e.g. BIOLOGO Art. No. PU002, if further dilution is required.

Immunogen:T-cell line CA1

Specificity:Human CD45RO membrane glycoprotein, 180 kDa on memory T-cells

Species Specificity:Human

General Information:The group of CD45 membrane glycoproteins consists of 5 different isoforms, which represent different functional status of the T-lymphocytes. CD45RO is mainly found on thymocytes and a subpopulation of CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells (Memory T-cells). Resting T-cells mainly bear CD45RA molecules on the surface, which get lost after activation by allo-antigens, and is substituted by CD45RO. Normal B-cells and NK-cells are CD45RO negative.

Special properties:The antibody may be used to assess the status of activity of T-cell populations. It is meaningful to compare with the performance of antibodies to CD45 (Art. No. LC500) or CD3 (Art. No. TC500).

Positive control:Lymph node, tonsil

Pre-treatment:Pre-treatment with unmasking fluids E (Art. No. DE006) or C (Art. No. DE000).

Applications:IHC(P)

Incubation time:60 min at RT

Secondary reagents:We recommend the use of BIOLOGO's Universal Staining System DAB (Art. No. DA005) or AEC (Art.-No. AE005), if higher sensitivity is required VECTASTAIN Elite ABC (Art. No. PK-6102) or ABC AP (Art. No. AK-5002) systems are applicable.

Storage:2-8°C
