Monoclonal Antibodies

Origin:Mouse

Isotype:IgG2b

Clone:2B11/PD7/26

Format:ready to use

Quantity:10 ml

Working concentration:neat

Presentation:Antibody solution in stabilizing phosphate buffer pH 7.3. Contains 0.09 % sodium azide**. The volume is sufficient for at least 100 immunohistochemical tests (100 µl working solution / test). Use appropriate antibody diluent e.g. BIOLOGO Art. No. PU002, if further dilution is required.

Immunogen:Activated and neoblastic T-cells

Specificity:Cell membrane of lymphoid cells (macrophages and polymorph nuclear lymphocytes stain weakly, while plasma cells usually are negative). No reactivity with non-hematopoetic cells, epithelia and connective tissue.

Species Specificity:Human

General Information:LCA, the human Leukocyte Common Antigen consists of a family of cell membrane glycoproteins with a molecular mass between 180 and 220 kDa. They are located on the surface of almost all leukocytes. The two clones included in the antibody cocktail have been characterized on the International Workshops on Human Leukocyte Typing III and IV and have been assigned as CD45 and CD45RB respectively

Special properties:The antibody pair labels B- and T-cell lymphoma, T- and B-cell leukaemia and may also be used for the characterization of malign lymphoma of the thyroid gland. Hairy cell leukaemia is also antibody positive, while myeloid (granulocytes) and erythroid tumours usually are negative.

Positive control:Tonsil

Pre-treatment:No pre-treatment with proteases necessary, improved staining with unmasking fluid G (Art. No. DE007)

Applications:IHC(P)

Incubation time:60 min at RT

Secondary reagents:We recommend the use of BIOLOGO's Universal Staining System DAB (Art. No. DA005) or AEC (Art.-No. AE005), if higher sensitivity is required VECTASTAIN Elite ABC (Art. No. PK-6102) or ABC AP (Art. No. AK-5002) systems are applicable.

Storage:2-8°C
